Wolf Performance Coaching Fellowship (6–12 Months)

The Standard

Wolf Performance is not a place to stand around holding a clipboard, count reps from the sidelines, or log passive observation hours.

We are looking for hungry, intrinsically motivated Graduate Assistants and emerging strength & conditioning professionals who want direct, daily floor experience. You will coach real athletes, build genuine buy-in, and develop long-term athletic development systems from the ground up.

This role requires extreme ownership, infectious high energy, and equal parts leadership and followership.

Non-Negotiable: You must know how to connect with, teach, and command a room of youth athletes. If you cannot match the energy, simplify complex movement, and build enthusiasm in young kids, this program is not for you.

What You Will Do

• Direct Coaching Application: Lead and assist hands-on training sessions with athletes across varied developmental stages, sports, and skill levels.

• Team & LTAD Integration: Work directly within team environments to implement long-term athletic development protocols day in and day out.

• Floor Command: Learn to manage training environments efficiently, cueing movement, driving culture, and enforcing standards on the training floor.

• Professional Growth: Work alongside seasoned coaches, receiving candid, real-time feedback to refine your technical eye and coaching delivery.

Who We Are Looking For

• Recent or upcoming Graduate Assistants (GAs) in Strength & Conditioning, Exercise Science, or Kinesiology.

• Aspiring private-sector or tactical performance coaches hungry for live floor reps.

• High-voltage communicators who bring urgency, attentiveness, and humility into the room every day.

• Coaches who treat youth development with the same precision, passion, and respect as elite collegiate and pro prep.

The Springboard & Compensation

We invest deeply in coaches who prove their value on our floor. We treat this fellowship as our primary pipeline for long-term organizational talent.

• Duration: 6 to 12-month hands-on commitment.

• Compensation: Competitive hourly base rate, with clear performance-based milestones to transition into commission-supplemented earning opportunities.

• Career Launchpad: Top performers are directly evaluated for full-time coaching positions with Wolf Performance. For those pursuing broader collegiate, USL League Two, or regional athletic circuits, we provide direct advocacy, professional placement support, and network leverage.
